Abigail will be on site throughout the evening to offer audiences the opportunity of listening to this piece of music while being talked through it by the composer herself. It was such a hit with Ruaille Buaille audiences in June we thought it would be fitting to share it again on Culture Night. This project was originally funded by SDCC Arts Office.

Nightvisiting
A Celebration of Tradition, Community, and the enduring power of song with the charismatic voice of Lisa Lambe joined by Vincent Lynch, Claire Sherry & Eoghan Scott.
Lisa Lambe’s new edition of ‘Nightvisiting The Hauling Home’ is based on her work and research as a folklorist with The National Folklore Collection and her solo work as one of Ireland’s leading singers and performers. Lisa has been touring this work for the past couple of years and is delighted to bring the new show to Lucan House for a special celebration of Culture Night.
