Cathy Jordan presents Songs of Roscommon
No better way to kick off Follow the Tune than with the Roscommon legend, and longtime member of Dervish, Cathy Jordan. Cathy will take the audience through many of the well-known songs associated with the area - Eastersnow, Oisin in Ephin, Eileen Óg, Una Bhán - as well as some of her own compositions, songs which are now becoming part of the canon of songs local to Roscommon. Cathy will be accompanied on the night by Luke Devaney and joined by special guests Music Generation Roscommon Youth Voices and Kevin Regan, Bernard Flaherty and Cian Cunniffe.
